My work focuses on defining success signals early, finding high-leverage interventions, and creating a space for sharing challenges, giving feedback, and collaborating to deliver measurable improvements in product usage.

Over the past years, I’ve worked on projects optimizing activation and retention, as well as delivering easy-to-use software in B2C and B2B markets, closely collaborating with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
