I'm a creative leader and design facilitator with 13+ years of experience shaping productivity tools across healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services. I have a son and a daughter, and I strongly believe in creating a culture where everyone can have ideas and feel that they're valued.

Currently, I'm the Design Lead in Toggl supporting across multiple SaaS products.

Work Experience

Over the past five years, I have been working in design leadership and advising roles for Toggl and If insurance. Previously, I've been working in Lead Designer roles, working with local and Global Fortune 500 clients. Training Experience

Over the course of eight years, I have trained 1000+ of practicing professionals and students in design thinking, user experience, prototyping and innovative collaboration methods both in-house and as part of 4+ years as a Service Design & Technology Lecturer @ SDSI, and Human-Computer Interaction Lecturer @ ViA master's programs.

Speaking & Volunteering

I have been active volunteer of local startup and user experience community as a Co-organizer of UI/UX Riga Meetups and UX Mentor at Riga TechGirls. I have also repeatedly mentored in various pre-accelerator events including Startup Weekend Riga, Startup House Riga and others.
