Helping teams make better product decisions under uncertainty.
I work with organizations building technically complex products, helping product, engineering, and design create shared understanding around difficult decisions – from activation and onboarding to AI workflows and platform strategy.

Helping teams align around evidence, trade-offs, and next steps through decision workshops.

Over the last 13+ years, I've helped organizations build products in domains where the technology is complex, the stakeholders disagree, and the right answer isn't obvious.
I've found that the hardest part isn't designing interfaces – it's helping teams build a shared understanding of difficult product decisions. The hardest product problems rarely come from a lack of ideas. They come from teams seeing the problem differently. That's the kind of work I enjoy most.
Recently I've become increasingly interested in how AI changes not only products, but also how organizations reason, collaborate and decide.
